All purchases must be paid for in advance of shipping, as is customary in the surplus industry. We have to pay our suppliers in advance and accordingly you have to pay us in advance.

We generally ship within two (2) business days of receipt of cleared payment, unless we otherwise notify you on certain larger and other orders. Specifically, we pack and ship all Starter Lots one day per week as this enables us to allocate merchandise efficiently to each and every starter lot and maximize the resale value for you. Therefore, depending on the shipping day and the time of your order, it may take up to ten days (10) for you to receive your starter lot order from the time of ordering. All goods purchased from LuxuryMagazzino are F.O.B. at our fulfillment center (i.e., you are responsible for the cost of shipping them from our fulfillment center to your location. Title to the goods passes to you at the time of delivery by the fulfillment center to a common carrier.

LuxuryMagazzino does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. address, although in the future it may do so. For all international orders, customers are responsible for customs and import duties of the destination country. Because these duties vary by country, LuxuryMagazzino cannot determine what these levies will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Return Policy

We offer a 100% return policy – see the Luxury Magazzino Guarantee. If you do not like an order, please Call or Email us within 24 hours of receipt to obtain RMA for a full refund, less shipping costs, and any payment collection fees that we may have incurred (such as credit card fees).*

In order for us to process a return, you must provide to us the UPS tracking number (unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing) within 24 hours working day hours of receipt by you. In addition, you must include all the merchandise that was purchased in exactly the condition that you received it.
We also want you to be happy as our customer, so we will always ask you why you felt it necessary to return the merchandise, and make it a better customer experience for you next time around.

* These fees can mostly be avoided by paying via wire transfer (which we encourage), check or Money Order, and also via Paypal™, which we accept on orders under $5,000.

Product Availability

We try to keep the merchandise posted on our site as “real time” as possible. However, as we are also taking orders over the telephone and through fax, and we take orders on a first come, fist served basis, it is possible that we may not have available certain of the inventory listed on our site. Also, much of our merchandise is limited in the quantities that we have available. In the event that you place an order for merchandise that we no longer have available in stock, we will notify you immediately. In the event that you have processed an order online via credit card or Paypal for such an order, we will immediately refund you in full. LuxuryMagazzino cannot be held liable or responsible for any alleged or claimed damages arising from our being unable to fulfill and order once placed, for any reason whatsoever.
