Our Merchandise:We carry two types of merchandise:
Regular Order and
Surplus Merchandise.
Our
Regular Order Merchandise is carried in our catalogue and can be ordered at any time as you wish, as we maintain a good quantity of all the items listed in our catalogue. We offer various customers "exclusivities" in various lines, so please always ask us if you are interested in certain branded lines, and we may be able to work something out for you. On larger orders, please check with us before placing an order. If we are out of stock, we are always placing new orders, and generally we will be in stock with exactly what you want in about 2 weeks. We try to offer you in our catalogue the best prices on the best items and brands that we can find that we think you will be happy with and able to display and sell successfully, whatever your channel of distribution might be.
Why would you Regular Order from us? The answer to this question is simple: Consistently better prices on hard to get items! When you are buying from us, you are cutting out the middleman as we buy direct from the source in Europe and sell straight to you. The advantage of this is that often European retail prices can be half what they are here in the US, so you receive a significant advantage against buying through a US wholesaler who is most likely buying through an importer (like us!).
In respect of
Surplus Merchandise, our specialty is the purchase of exclusive high-end designer mixed surplus parcels. We purchase large parcels of European merchandise and import it into the US. These mixed parcels consist of mostly end of season merchandise that the factories and wholesalers, and occasionally larger retailers, want to clear out in order to bring in the New Season Merchandise. Occasionally, we also get current season merchandise from cancelled orders. As such, we get very good prices on this merchandise and we offer those prices on to you - often as little as 15 - 35% of original retail price. This merchandise is ideal for:
- Boutiques and discount stores - Mix this merchandise in amongst your regular merchandise and watch your gross margins improve dramatically!
- online / ebay sellers - this is the right merchandise for you, good consistent margins
- Flea Market Sellers - Watch this merchandise get picked over and your stall empty out quickly!
How do I buy this merchandise?On a number of items that we list, you can buy it just like from any other wholesaler - you pick the size, style, color, and quantity, and order it. However, on our special surplus parcels, it works a little differently: We sell it to you in bulk by the piece, sorted by only brand and merchandise type (dresses, suits, shirts, tops, skirts, jackets, shoes, handbags, jeans, pants, sweaters.....). We tell you the exact brands that you will get, the mix of clothing, and the maximum percentage of retail. But we cannot provide you with photos, nor with specific inventory, as we pick these mixed lots out on a per order basis. Generally, mixed lots will be sold in special introductory (one per customer only) lots of 10 pieces, and then in lots of 25, 50, 100, 250, and 500 and up. The more that you order the better the price.
The reason that we do this is two-fold:
1) It is how we receive the merchandise from our suppliers!
2) It saves you money. As we do not have to sort and catalogue all the merchandise, we are able to sell it on to you at a better price and let you share in the savings. |
