	Surplus.net – Home of the IMASD, Surplus.net has a wide array of wholesalers and liquidators offering great opportunities. It is always advisable, in this business, to make a small initial purchase that you can afford to go wrong when dealing with new suppliers. Get to know someone before you bet the house! If a supplier only wants to supply you with a large initial order, it is probably because they expect it to be their first and last order with you. So avoid them! For a seller, Surplus.net delivers the highest level of real volume buyers. Well worth the investment.

	GoWholesale.com – GoWholesale, which is owned and run by Liquidity Services, Inc., a public company (LQDT) is rapidly becoming the Google and Yahoo of the wholesale industry all wrapped into one. Not only are they doing a great job on search, but they are also adding a lot of valuable content. Bookmark this site!

	Wholesale411.com – This site has been taken over by GoWholesale.com and is actively being merged into the GoWholesale universe.

	WholesaleCentral.com – The website of Sumner Communications, long time a leader in the wholesale trade magazine industry, with various wholesale titles and claiming a circulation of over 130,000 buyers. The website has over 70,000 items listed at any one time, and is well worth a visit. Check out closeoutcentral.com while you are there.

	Auction Seller's Resource – Skip McGrath has done extensive research on selling on ebay and small lot wholesale resources. His efforts will save you a lot of time. This is not a scam, looking to make you rich overnight - it is a serious and well thought out resource, worth the investment. Adding to his credibility, he is a legitimate powerseller in his own right.
Why haven’t we included ebay™? Because in our opinion, ebay has not matured as a wholesale forum. Avoid it for both wholesale purchases and sales. Use it for retail sales!!

	ReliaBid- One of the # 1 problems for ebay sellers is non-paying bidders. Reliabid has created a great solution to this problem - be sure to check them out and reduce your non-paying bidders!

	AuctionBytes.com - This site is the best resource for very useful updates and news on online auctions. You should bookmark it and check it out every day!

	Endicia.com – If you are shipping Express, Priority, regular mail or media mail, and especially international mail, then endicia's "Dazzle" software is a must have - will save you hours of time and money, and also their "stealth mode" (which hides the actual paid postage amount) is great for hiding your real postage costs from your customers.


	MerchandiseGroup.com – Home page for the ASD/AMD, largest general merchandise trade show organizer.

	Offpriceshow.com – Home Page for the off price show, which is an excellent off price trade show! Site and company is under new management and improving all the time, but not that trafficked enough yet for us to list them in Top 5 for wholesale Purchase / Sales.

	InkFrog.com - If you are starting out, and do not want to commit a large part of your budget to an auction management tool, this is a very good alternative. There image hosting service is one of the best bargains on the Internet, really fantastic and very affordable. If you are listing items with multiple images, this will save you money right away, as you will not need to pay expensive ebay image hosting fees on the extra images in all your listings.

	wilsonweb.com – This is the best online site for small business marketing and e-commerce information. This site has been around almost as long as Dr. Wilson has been around and is a no nonsense, no hype site. Well worth the time invested

	Andale's ebay research Tool! - This is an invaluable tool for researching the prices that items sell for on ebay – very useful information indeed. Check out how luxury branded items do versus non-branded merchandise!!

	US Post Office - This site is much improved. Make use of it. You can order your packaging needs (for Priority Mail) for free. If you use Delivery Confirmation (which is strongly recommended on higher value items), it is free if you use the US Postal Service on line label system (saving you 40 cents on every package. And if you use your PayPal debit card to pay, you can save an additional 1.5% on all your shipping as well! If you have to ship internationally, you can print and pay for the labeld online as well, which will save you a lot of time.

	UPS.com - Be sure to check out UPS when shipping packaged more than a couple of pounds, especially when you are insuring your shipment. It can save you money. Also, you can order free labels and pouches for your shipments, saving time and money.

	Cloud Dome - Excellent and cost effective tool for taking those difficult digital photos of smaller items - like handbags, accessories, and jewelry. 	Bizfilings.com – Save those legal fees! This is the leading site for setting up a corporation or other legal entity. It is quick and easy to do!

	e-Powersellers.com – This is a great forum that has been set up by a number of ebay Powersellers tired of being watched by Big Brother in the ebay chatrooms. Great site to stay on top of what is happening in the online auctions world – and you do not have to be a Powerseller to access all the chatrooms, although you there are a number of restricted areas for Powersellers.
