SHIPPING INFORMATION
How do we
ship?
Shipping will be added to cost of order.
We use UPS for US shipments, and USPS Express Mail Serivce for
international shipments. 2nd day air and International shipping options are
available.
How is shipping
calculated?
Shipping costs are based on actual costs
charged by UPS and USPS based upon your shipping location. All our
shipments originate from Virginia 22182.
We estimate shipping for this item will be
approx. $0.00. For multiple lots or items, expect to pay an extra $0.00.
When will my order be
shipped?
Orders (with exception of Pre-Orders or as
otherwise noted in the offer) are generally shipped same day if they are
received before 1pm East Coast Time, or otherwise, the following Business Day,
although our stated policy is that we will ship within 2 business
days.
Sometimes we run out of merchandise in our
shipping center and have to wait a couple of days for merchandise to arrive from
our warehouse, which may cause a delay of a couple of days.
Pre-orders are shipped
as specified in the offer - with the caveat that international shipments from
Europe can be delayed owing to bad weather, air strikes, lazy Italians (oops),
and US Customs. So please be a little patient.
When am I charged for my
order?
We will never charge your credit card until the
merchandise physically leaves us and is on its way to you. However, your
card will be authorized at the time of placing your order, as otherwise we do
not know if it is OK to ship to you.
Returns
You can return all order within 24 hours of
documented receipt. In order to initiate a return, please log into your
acccount and follow the Return Instructions provided. We will refund you
in full less shipping cost.
Free Shipping
coupons
When available, Free Shipping Coupons are
applicable only to UPS Ground shipping within the Continental United
States. A $20 credit will be given to international customers at the time
your credit card is charged.
